Booking & Payment Policy

All appointments are confirmed manually after availability is verified.

A 40% deposit is required to secure your booking.

The final price may vary depending on the condition of the property and scope of work.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Same-day cancellations will result in the deposit being forfeited.

If you need to reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be converted into a gift card.

Gift Card Policy

• Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the original booking date.
• Gift cards are transferable and may be gifted to another person.
• Gift cards can be used toward any of our cleaning services.
